The level 3 is designed to continue a freediver’s training beyond the level 2. This course is made for freedivers who want to continue freediving beyond a recreational level.
You will get used to techniques, knowledge and safety (buddy system) procedures for deep dive, such as exhale diving and mouth fill equalizing. But the main focus stays the self release!!!
You will develop your skills within the main categories of freediving; Static Apnea, Dynamic Apnea, Constant Weight, Free Immersion and Variable Weight, even though the main focus is on Constant Weight. Max depth is 40m.
Besides the in-water skills, you will be introduced to full body stretching, lungs stretching including packing and reverse packing, cross-training and a balance diet that will benefit your freediving development.
It’s a five or 6 days course. An other step to become…. patient and persevering ! 😉
